ACC back to 18 game schedule

They change this soo often , it's hardly news anymore.
Syracuse and a rotating team twice a season.
Everyone else once.
Glad to see Louisville off the schedule more.
Just sick and tired of playing them in basketball and football as much as Pitt does.

Maybe they want to reduce the cross country trips. Probably not though. Most programs will schedule cupcakes. May be better than risking q3/q4 losses.

The thought is that the 2 extra ACC games are Q3/4 games and that's keeping teams from making the NCAA Tournament. Its stupid because the hypothetical games you miss could be Q1/2 games. And if you schedule Iowa and Cincinnati, will you beat them? And if you do beat them, is that going to be any better than beating FSU and VT?

The advantage is that to people who do not understand the NET rankings this will look like they are doing something.

I hate it.

1. Hire better coaches
2. Pay players as much as more as SEC/B10/B12 schools.

Why cant ACC schools outspend Houston and Texas Tech? Oh, ok, rich oil tycoon money. The ACC has no rich Alums? Come on.

They and SHU dont add anything. One of the problems with the ACC expansion is it made Prov and SHU stronger, which hurt Pitt & Syr. It also created a power program from scratch in Creighton, which also hurt Pitt & Syr. Leaving out Prov, SHU, Creighton, Marquette makes those programs weaker.
