ACC and ESPN Announce 2024 Bowl Schedule
CHARLOTTE, N.C. (theACC.com) – The Atlantic Coast Conference and ESPN, in conjunction with Bowl Season, announced the ACC bowl schedule for the upcoming 2024 season, which includes three games on ABC and nine games on ESPN.

Correct me if I'm wrong but there's no more tiers or selection order.
If we assume 2 ACC teams (Clem and ND for bowl purposes) to CFP then you could be looking at:
This bowl lineup is terrible:
Gator - Louisville
Pop Tarts (Orlando) - Miami
Sun - SMU
Pinstripe - Pitt
Holiday - Syracuse
Mayo - NC or VA team. They have never selected a team outside of the Carolinas or Virginia. They did get stuck with BC once but that was because BC made the ACCCG so they werent allowed to fall past that bowl.
Then you have the Birmingham, Military, Fenway, and Gasparilla.
