The uva game is going to kill us. I don’t think there are enough good teams in the coastal to beat Virginia 2 games (and we would have to win out which would hard). That uva Pitt game may decide the coastal.
Not only this year, but moving forward. We could move to the front of the pack on a regular basis.
Too bad we had to play them week #1. IMHO, we would beat them if we played them now. I really dislike being required to play a good conference opponent in week #1. The team with the most returning starters has an unfair advantage in week #1.

Based on how PSU is destroying Maryland (38-0 at halftime) and our far better performance vs them and excellent vs UCF it is certainly conceivable we are now playing well enough to run the table. Whether we will or not is another thing, of course.
VT and Miami were the best teams for a period of time, and UVA was at the bottom.
Miami joined the conference in 2004 and won the division a whopping one time. They have been mediocre as hell since the Big East days.
