For all the talk about how weak ACC basketball has become, this conference is really shaming itself this bowl season. They will be 1-9 if NC ST. loses tonight and they currently are losing in the 4th quarter. Some of the losses aren't even against P4 teams. I realize these games don't mean a ton, but damn, you got to show the nation your competitive. This conference can't last in the shape its in. In the two sports that matter, this conference hardly belongs anymore.

Clemson and SMU games were not meaningless. Clemson was at least competitive. SMU, who was the best team in this conference all year was smashed. Keep telling yourself that. This conference sucks and the trajectory of many programs is on the downward arc.

Its not as bad as basketball. Also, luck factored into PSU/SMU. 2 pick 6's on 1st 2 drives = game over. Just like Pitt/Syr. We arent better than Syr. McCord made some bad throws. As did Jennings. PSU is slightly better than SMU. Texas is slightly better than Clem.
