ACC schedule releases tomorrow at 3

Crossing my fingers for no weeknight home games and an October Clemson trip so I can enjoy Southern trip

Hopefully we don't get Clemson on Saturday, 9/24. That would be PSU, OK State and Clemson back-to-back-to-back

In that case you could probably book it. The ACC isn't going to do the newbies any favors.

Went to Clemson v USC two years ago, Death Valley is an awesome venue.

Have there been any spoilers? Usually they least the Labor Day game, and thanksgiving or Black Friday games ahead of the actual release

Well, unless it's a bye week (doubtful as our first ACC game wouldn't be until Oct 8th) our sept 24 game will be either: at Unc, at Clemson, Ga Tech at home, or at Miami. Assuming Miami is locked in as last game, I think we are down to 3 options. 2 of which will be brutal coming off psu and okie state.

All other ACC opponents have games that weekend.

I think it WILL be a bye week. Our ACC games will be spread over these 9 weeks: Oct 8, 15, 22, 29... and Nov 5, 12, 19, 26.. and Dec 3.

A bye that week would definitely be a good thing. I think playing any of the 3 mentioned teams in that spot is not ideal w/ the games the previous 2 weeks. At Clemson is almost surely a loss - if we lose 2 or 3 in September it could really kill the season. UNC is beatable, but will be a very tough game. And I can't imagine following up facing the spread of Okie State w/ Ga Tech's running offense will be a good thing for us.
