Lots of discussion on the results from the ACC this season, but I’m more concerned with the metrics - which I think are actually not that bad. Here’s comparing the kenpom ranked teams in the ACC, from top to bottom, in 2022-23, 2023-24, and 2024-25 (to date).

18 Duke vs. 7 Duke vs. 4 Duke
24 Miami vs. 9 UNC vs. 12 UNC
34 Virginia vs. 19 Clemson vs. 18 Pitt
43 UNC vs. 28 Wake vs. 31 Clemson
52 NCSU vs. 33 Pitt vs. 54 NCSU
59 Pitt vs. 45 NCSU vs. 57 Louisville
68 Clemson vs. 58 VT vs. 58 FSU
80 VT vs. 68 UVA vs. 66 SMU
86 Wake vs. 71 BC vs. 67 Stanford
118 Syracuse vs. 79 FSU vs. 70 Notre Dame
161 GT vs. 80 Syracuse vs. 73 Miami
166 ND vs. 96 Miami vs. 98 Wake
170 BC vs. 118 ND vs. 101 Syracuse
205 FSU vs. 123 GT vs. 107 UVA
290 Louisville vs. 185 Louisville vs. 114 GT

And now that the ACC has three additional teams this year: 119 BC, 122 Cal, and 129 VT.

In short, the top end is pretty similar to last year and significantly better than two years ago. The middle is slightly better and deeper than last year and much better than two years ago, and the quality at the bottom has increased pretty significantly.
