Called Comcast for the 4th time. This time I ask to be connected to a supervisor, I told him that if Comcast did not intend on carrying ACCN I wanted to cancel. He told me to wait until next week.
According to him, he thought Comcast and ESPN would reach an agreement prior to the ACCN kick-off of August 22.
I told him I don't understand the delay. After all, my current level includes BTN, SEC, and PAC-12. Also, even though I've never watch any of the three, I know I'm paying for all three. Therefore, Comcast should be able to carry ACCN or give me a choice.
His final words were to sit tight and wait for the e-mail.
