Dan Skillings played at Roman Catholic in Philadelphia. I saw him play twice in high school and I liked him, really liked his length and athleticism. Anyway he is leaving Cincinnati and according to reports Pitt is one of the schools that has contacted him. I went to his profile page and he has heard from a lot of schools so not sure how much of a chance Pitt has but nevertheless he averaged 9.2 points and 3.8 rebounds per game. He is 6-5 and is a classic example of a guy who used his first couple of years in college to significantly improve his profile in recruiting. He had a lot of small schools coming out of high school, Cincy was one of his biggest offers, but now after three seasons in college he has a list of a lot of schools like Alabama, Kentucky and Gonzaga. It probably will come down to money and that isn't necessarily good for Pitt.
