Red Cross calling off the horses, as a picture was sent to them by a Penn State fan 22 minutes before the actual crisis began, making it seem much less dire. Guess they weren't smart enough to realize that people were still on the field doing their pre-crisis stretches and whatnot.

Crisis-crowd shaming is the lowest. At least way until the crisis begins before taking a picture of the crowd.

Interesting, not places like convention centers, which have access to hotels and things like showers, heating/cooling and you know, walls and roofs to protect people from said weather events.

You wouldn't host a Super Bowl or Final Four at a Convention Center. If you what that big game or mega-crisis vibe, you do it at an NFL stadium. This is a huge deal for Pittsburgh.
