Good interview by Lyke.
She said good things
about Capel as expected.
She also mentioned the
Syracuse game. Yes, it
was as good as she said.
The problem IMO was
that game was like our
super bowl. We didn't
take the next step from
that game. Instead we
tanked against ND, lost
to Miami and got blown
out in the ACC tourney.
Enough with the negativity.
We did bounce back in the
NCAA. If everyone stays,
we have a nucleus for
next year, but we need a
lot more. Today's loss
proves it. Capel has to once
again succesfully hit the
experience button. We'll see.

Outside of the ND game which might have been a let down…
I don’t think they treated Cuse as the Super Bowl. They knew more was at stake.
They had a shot in the air at the buzzer to beat Miami. They got waxed by Duke, but I feel like Duke had a short stretch playing like a top 10 team. Then won two tournament games.
It’s more the competition got better and they were playing away from home. Miami, Duke, and Xavier were likely the 3 best teams they played.
