The athlete transfer rule is a joke. Gets applied randomly and the departing school has way too much power over the athlete. I get why you can't have a free-for-all but like most NCAA rules, it could be better.

He looked so not ready to play for us last year that I think he needs a red shirt season. We shall see though I guess
