Good addition to Fisher's staff....she should be valuable to help our libero/DS players become better....clearly an area that must continue to improve for Pitt to win it all.

Just curious why you feel this is a good addition. Her resume isn’t that juicy but I am by no means knowledgeable about volleyball coaching. Hoping for some analysis of why her.

Mostly because I believe Dan Fisher has one of the best eyes for talent....players and coaches.....in the NCAA. He is genius level at putting together athletes and coaches who excel at overall talent and team chemistry. Finally....Pitt's 'weak link' has been libero/DS. We missed the championship game last year because of it. He knows that. An assistant coach dedicated to that aspect of the game was a big need. I'm not concerned about her resume being pedestrian so to speak. I'll trust Fisher's knack for who he believes will get the job done.
