Had Xavier on the ropes with Kennesaw State last March. At USF now and won at #10 Memphis last night to go to 3-1 in the American. His claim to fame is recruiting and with NIL and mass transfers, "recruitinators" arent as important but he's showing some coaching chops as well.

Impressed that USF won the game, but way more impressed that they came back from 20 down in the 2nd half to beat a good team on the road. Abdur-Rahim can coach.

Abdur-Rahim can coach.

He recruited at like an A10 level at Kennesaw State so my impression of him was that he was one of those recruiters who maybe couldn't coach. But he is showing he can coach as well because at USF Year 1, he doesn't have superior players to other American Athletic teams
