the way he teaches/coaches the team on the sideline. From where I sit, section 136, I have a good view of the Pitt sidelines. Thursday, after Scarpinato came to the sidelines, Narduzzi was giving him an earful; but within a minute or so and Scarpinato sitting on the bench, PN pulled out a small dry erase board and began illustrating what he saw...It was a teachable moment and Narduzzi made the most of it.

Another thing that I like is how Coach has the DL, LBs, and DBs seated and how he moves from each defensive group teaching, coaching, and encouraging the players. I love Coach's energy and enthusiasm for the game and how his dynamics have carried over to the players and other coaches, except for Jumbo Chaney who seems to move at a much slower speed and doesn't really show any emotion.

I know the NC game was not our brightest moment, but I do love the direction our Panthers are going!!

H2P!

Agree. He carries around a small notepad and is constantly writing in it. I am sure other coaches do it but I completely agree with your statement on his teaching

I agree, I just hope people stick with him if we start to slide here, which is a distinct possibility. I hope we win them all, but losing out is quite possible tbh. This team has overachieved so far, especially without Conner, but in the back end of the schedule here, starting with UNC, we are probably only more talented than one team we play, Duke, and they are really an overachieving group as well. Its not going to be easy.
