the way he teaches/coaches the team on the sideline. From where I sit, section 136, I have a good view of the Pitt sidelines. Thursday, after Scarpinato came to the sidelines, Narduzzi was giving him an earful; but within a minute or so and Scarpinato sitting on the bench, PN pulled out a small dry erase board and began illustrating what he saw...It was a teachable moment and Narduzzi made the most of it.
Another thing that I like is how Coach has the DL, LBs, and DBs seated and how he moves from each defensive group teaching, coaching, and encouraging the players. I love Coach's energy and enthusiasm for the game and how his dynamics have carried over to the players and other coaches, except for Jumbo Chaney who seems to move at a much slower speed and doesn't really show any emotion.
I know the NC game was not our brightest moment, but I do love the direction our Panthers are going!!
H2P!
