A West Mifflin RB, #4 player in the state committed to WVU over Pitt and Penn State. I remember when there was a time we used to get upset over this but we have long given up on successfully recruiting local players. Its just not something Narduzzi is capable of. If there's any consolation, there is an absolute 0 chance that a kid from West Mifflin will be a plus player in college. So no big loss I guess.

Zero buzz whatsoever around this program. We're just burning the fuse down until the next coach can at least sell some hope. Football and basketball are in purgatory with these coaches.
Pitt de-prioritized this kid. Offered in Dec 2023 after a good freshman year but dropped off his sophomore year. Reid is a better back. Much faster.
Narduzzi is about 4 for his last 40 in the WPIAL recruiting kids with comparable offers. Also, we suck at football. So maybe we shouldn't lose every single local kid
Picket, Addison and Whip gave Pitt its last decent season we will ever see. Narduzzi is a a slightly above average head coach with below average recruiting. It's over.
The kid doesn’t graduate for two years. Let’s see if he still ends up at WVU at that point.
Did PITT "de-prioritize" this kid or did he just not show much interest in PITT?
Reid is not better then this kid. I have reservations about Mando but it has nothing to do with talent. He's a 4 star kid with offers to Michigan, PSU, etc... Reid's best offer will probably be PITT.
In fairness, they didn't really get high-end WPIAL talent when they went on their 2000's run, did they? Not that I can recall anyway. It was a big deal when Dravon Henry ended up committing there. And then after that it was TJ Banks, Kwantel Raines, and Rodney Gallagher - none of which have amounted to much on the field.
