Any Thoughts On Adding Coaches To Pitt Staff?

For all Posters, and I ask because I don't know, is there anyone you add to the Pitt Staff if you were Narduzzi and that means without firing or asking anyone to leave?

These are opinions I know but good facts supports such posts on opinions too. I am happy with Coach Pat & Staff the way they are, but others may have some insights to share on anyone they think they would add?

NCAA rules limit the number of coaches aloud so the only way to add is to fire.

I would not be surprised to see a coach leave to be with a head coach that gets hired during this carousel.
Also I would not be surprised to see Coach Narduzzi go out and get another coach that he wants that might
be left go in the coaching carousel.

Doesn't seem to be any obvious weakness on the current Pitt coaching staff. I guess someone could always leave to go with one of their buddies who gets a head-coaching job.

Could always use a coach who is a proven big-time recruiter - but I don't see Coach Duzz letting anyone go.

Unless there's either a promotion on the staff (to coordinator or HC) or trouble, I doubt Narduzzi will be letting go or persuading a coordinator to take another job.

Under Dantonio, we lost one coordinator (Roushar) to a NFL position job, and one position coach (Gill) to a firing, and in both cases it was due to performance or recruiting issues. The rest took head coaching jobs (Treadwell, Enos, Narduzzi).
