I think its just a Rooney thing…..Other black coaches get fired after 1 bad year…….Mayo, Pierce,but they deserved it……Mike Tomlin just is too stubborn to meet this teams goals and the soliution is firing him or MAKING him hire coaches ( ie. Todd Haley ) to save him from his tendency to coach scared.

Tomlins amazing if you think about it. This whole team blows. who's even good? Boswell? Maybe Heyward? Everyone says Watt, but he was like a ghost out there this season.
