Extremely curious how this game plays out. It may say something about Pitt, either positive or negative. Will be tuned in. BTW - is that poor VT QB slated to start?

Their injured regular starting QB Brewer was cleared to practice this week, but not play in the game, so I guess that leaves the bruised and battered Motley the starting QB.

It should be a very good gauge on both NC State and the Hokies at this point in the season. Don't know about their QB either.

I'd like to see Va. Tech bounce back and put a beat-down on NCSU (sry pitt-girl - I "think" you have someone there) because I'm all for anything that makes Pitt look good.

Will the Bucs play in STL that evening?? Or is it a day game?

There is nothing to be learned about Pitt from watching this game.

VT's offense stinks. The idea that Pitt shut them down is nowhere near as impressive as Pitt's defensive performance against Iowa.

That is what should get Pitt fans excited.

Im interested. Rooting for Coastal over the other side. Plus, better V Tech looks, better our win looks. Never liked NC state, in hoops or football. Kind of just blah in regards to those programs. Outside of Jimmy V, can you honestly say anything about either, good or bad?
