Iowa and Pitt both just joined the top #25 .And Pitt played (and lost to ) Miami who was top 25 for most of the first half of the season and I believe top 10 and Carolina who was in the top 25 until their lost this week as well as Villanova who is currently ranked #11 in the FCS.an every team but three on Pitt's schedule has at least 8 wins, PSU has 4 teams with losing records and 2 with 6 wins, so no they are not equal or near each other.
You make good point, and no question Pitt SOS is better, but the Big Ten Playoff Criteria, and CFB Playoff Criteria, just look at WINS & LOSSES.
