When Capel realizes this isn't Duke maybe he will start recruiting the level of talent he can sign. Right now this is all eye candy, but good for guys like Chris Peak to get clicks.

There isn't much of a scoop at this point. We have been right near NC State as a leader for Rice for a long time. Kansas and Ok State is in there too. But he certainly may skip college which is the bigger obstacle. Jeff Capel has a strong relationship with him.
