Athletic Director's Fund or A412 ??

Just wanted to get some info for those who know more than me. I know A412 is geared toward NIL but I'm not familiar with the Athletic Director's Fund.

How are the Athletic Director's Funds used? Are these used for scholarships only?

Which is the better option to donate funds? I'm thinking I should split up my donation in some aspect.
