Away football tickets

I called the Pitt ticket office the other day and they said they were selling away tickets last week only. Is it true the only way to get away tickets now is via a 3rd party site? We are thinking of going to the Florida State game, but really want to sit in the Pitt section if we go. Is there anyway to figure out where the Pitt section is in advance?

Also, anyone else thinking of attending any away games this year?

I put in for WVU tickets when I ordered my season tickets. I have not heard anything from them nor seen a charge on my credit card…so if they did process away game tickets last week, then I got left out. That would be odd though , I’ve literally never been left out before , I have a fairly high level of points or whatever. Not quite ‘booster’ level but spend a lot for an average Joe.

Try calling FSU ticket office and see if they can help you.

I would contact SMF. He goes to every away game the guy is a SUPERFAN

I'm shocked we don't have a game anywhere close to North Carolina this year.
No road games at UNC, WF, NC St, Duke or even Clemson, Virginia or Va Tech.

I've gotten spoiled the last few years living in Charlotte and making a day trip driving to multiple games a year

Kind of wild that we'll have played at SMU and at Stanford before playing at NC State.

No, sir. Other than SMU and Stanford, I believe they're the only ones. We did play at NC State as a Big East team, but I don't believe Wake has ever played here.

Last week they were doling out the tickets based on Panther Club rating. I turned in my 6 tickets for FSU and am going in with someone else higher up on the PC ranking. The sections are 116 and 118 and they're only $45. Maybe they still have seats available before they turn them back in to FSU.

116 is lower sideline down in the corner, and 118 is lower end zone.

Yea, I couldn't figure out what the charge was on my credit card. I thought maybe it was WVU tickets since I ordered them but the price seemed way off so I had to check. $150 for upper deck on the 10 yard line, which is where I assume we will be seems crazy but I just looked it up on Stubhub and the cheapest ticket in the section over is $381 and the cheapest ticket in the building is $286 so maybe we got a steal.

Not every away game. Usually 1-2 per season. Were you at Cincinnati last year? Which Cincy team was honored at halftime?
