Pitt-Girl as Top Lair Poster once again ahead of her time when she point out "Baylor's Art Briles Era" Football Winning was built on Crimes, Misdemeanors and Title IX Violations, much as Penn State Paterno's Era Football as well. Yet, Baylor added a "Special Hazing" for Football Players that is caught on Video. Just like the Penn State Fraternity Hazing and if one recalls the Vanderbilt Players were caught by their own Cell Phone Info too?

The Department of Education Investigation and Fines at Penn State Fact Findings of Title IX and Clery Act Violations required millions for Athletic Integrity Reforms. Looks like Baylor is is in the same Boat now too.

The Big-12 may not implode due to OU leaving first as some are calling for Baylor Football to end. Baylor is running neck in neck with the Penn State Title IX Scandals now.

New Baylor lawsuit alleges gang rape was 'bonding' for players, claims video made:
This is the seventh Title IX suit against Baylor and its football program:

A new Title IX lawsuit directed at Baylor has been filed, bringing the total number of suits against the university up to seven. The latest, served on Tuesday evening, claims the plaintiff, a former Bears volleyball player, was drugged and raped in 2012 at an off-campus apartment by at least four -- but as many as eight -- Baylor football players. The plaintiff also said during the investigation that there is "at least one video" of two female students being gang raped.............. The Waco Tribune reports that such rapes were part of a systematic hazing process and considered "a bonding experience by the players."......... "These girls affected by this are seeking their day in court," Muhammad Aziz, who represents the alleged victim, told the Tribune. "We thought about this a lot, and me and my client thought about it and discussed it. Eventually, we decided to proceed. Really, what we are seeking to enforce is just a safe education environment for the girls at the school."..........The news comes five days after Baylor announced the "structural completion of the 105 recommendations related to the institution's response to sexual violence and implementation of best-practice governance policies and procedures." "As this case proceeds, Baylor maintains its ability present facts -- as available to the University -- in response to the allegations contained in the legal filing. The University's response in no way changes Baylor's position that any assault involving members of our campus community is reprehensible and inexcusable."..........

At least Baylor like Penn State Trustees, President Erickson, and AD Joyner are accepting responsibility and accountability and not blaming the Media unlike Ziegler, Lubrano, Blehar, argue otherwise. Or PS4RS, Paternos', Former Players Alumni Civil Lawsuits?

Baylor 105 Reforms mirror Penn State 116 Reforms as design by the same Law Firm that put Penn State 2012 Athletic Integrity Reforms that most Penn State BWI Cult Dolts ignore.

But the Baylor comparison will only seal the fate of Spanier Appeal and Civil Lawsuit against Freeh that found the Emails, and Department of Education Violations and gave Recommendations to Reform as exposed by 400 PSU Employees Whistle-Blowers that have remained confidential!

Well, Baylor will be better under the New Reforms too, but they will be paying out both money and lost of reputations and they were right to fire Briles too, whom filed his own Lawsuit, but dropped it!

Calling for Baylor to End Football a while????
Baylor must end its football team and put morality over money, goodness over glory
Baylor should value faith over football and do what's right in the wake of seven Title IX lawsuits
Let's cut to the chase. Within the horror and evil revealed in the latest lawsuit involving Baylor University and its disgraced football program is a hard truth: It's time for the immediate and permanent dismantling of Baylor football..............But I can't get past the jarring, searing facts in the latest lawsuit that show just what Baylor football unleashed on its campus and the unfortunate coeds whose lives are permanently damaged. All because an institution meant to teach, nurture and protect them allowed football to be valued over human decency and dignity. Again and again and again..........The Big 12 should abhor Baylor as a football member. And the NCAA should recoil from this warped manifestation of the sports-above-all-wink-wink culture that pervades college athletics and that, according to these allegations in the seventh Title IX lawsuit directed at this football program , found its most depraved form.........But no examples reach the institutional depth and rot that has infected Baylor.........Step up, Baylor. Make a brutally difficult and unpopular moral statement, one worthy of your faith.
End your football program. Move on. Tell the world, and yourself, and those victims, that if no one else will bring a reckoning to such evil, then you'll do it yourself.

And Jay Bilas is pissed because Pitt is blocking Cam Johnson from one school.

I'll repeat the question that's been asked before: if the Nits didn't get the "Death Penalty", and if Baylor doesn't get it now, then what does a team have to do before they face the ultimate sanction?

Stallings is just being consistent, he did that to Jeter too, but after he got the job, he said he was wrong to do it, now Stallings does it again? Guess, Stallings does not learn from his mistakes!

Barnes Bozo Buyouts just get better as he went to OreGONE!

Little bit of hypocrisy or memory dementia since he puts Notre Dame and BYU in the same class as Baylor but especially after the Convictions and testimony of Curley & Schultz saying it was Paterno that was uncomfortable in reporting Sandusky after all 3 thought maybe they should do it, but will wait and see what "Coach" and now ID Coach as JVP under oath?

Moreover, also ignores the Title IX and Clery Act Reports as well, as all of Penn State Cult Dolts do, but want actions against Baylor, Byu and ND??? Blame the Media such forgetfulness is astounding.

Baylor hit with 7th Title IX lawsuit, plaintiff alleges gang rape by football players
The plaintiff, who filed the lawsuit as “Jane Doe,” remembers hearing the players yell, “Grab her phone! Delete my numbers and texts!” following the rape in an off-campus apartment with glow-in-the-dark stars on the ceiling, according to the suit........

According to the suit, earlier in the year, Doe took a player’s dog to the vet and paid for urgent treatment after the dog was injured in a dogfight organized by football players. Doe held a meeting with an unfazed Briles, according to the suit, and later recounted the details of the gang rape and burglary to her volleyball coach........

As cited in the regents’ legal filing in February, when Briles learned of the names of the players involved, he said, “Those are some bad dudes . . . why was she around those guys?”............Aziz’s client was allegedly subjected to verbal abuse and public humiliation by football players — some sending her text messages attempting to paint a different picture of the events. One player told her she “wanted it” and said a player had taken nude photos of her and other players during the gang rape, the suit states..............The suit alleges the players then harassed the plaintiff and her family through text messages after creating fake phone numbers. She also was still required to attend classes with two of the players, according to the suit............
Later, football players allegedly burglarized the woman’s apartment, stealing money and a necklace while throwing clothes and belongings around the room. Doe reported the burglary to Waco police, according to the suit, and no charges were filed based on an understanding that the players would return her belongings. One of the players allegedly involved in the burglary also previously sent Doe harassing text messages. “The football player told plaintiff that he never came on to her because she was ‘easy’ and ‘like coach said, we (Baylor football players) don’t want easy,’ ” the suit said.......

McCaw, athletics director at the time, also did not report the incident to police or Baylor’s judicial affairs office, which was responsible for investigating such incidents. Bethany McCraw, still a Baylor employee, has been widely criticized for mishandling such investigations when she led Baylor’s judicial affairs office.

Disgusting. And to think that POS AD now has a job at Liberty.

Amazing and no adherence to Athletic Integrity Title IX and Clery Act Reporting and Athletic Integrity Agreements Officers, Offices, or Code of conduct for players except Hazing and Freshmen Initiation abuse of Freshmen Women Abuse promoted by Teammates in some type of ritual to be at Baylor and make the Team?

Matt Rhule has much to improve but Baylor Resources are not as big and deep as Penn State and these Lawsuits are going to get attention and reporting and many more have a right to file them until 2018?

The subsequent abuse of Victims after the Intimation, Initiations, and harassment saying it is the right of Passage to Baylor Tough Football Way is something that will erase the Art Briles Era Forevermore.

Pitt has it own problem today with an employee, and nipped it in the bud right away and cooperating with Child Predator Unit and City Police made arrest yesterday:
Police accuse suspended Pitt counseling director of child porn possession

University's have to be vigilant and when found must take action and Pitt did just that and this is what happens now on every campus in compliance!

I like Mary Ruhle a lot. I hope a better opportunity presents itself to him so he can bail on that cesspool.

I cannot believe a supposed "Christian" school would allow that to happen then another one turns around and hires the AD that allowed those heinous acts to go on. THESE are the things that offend me as a practicing Christian. Not the atheist who makes fun of my beliefs. I'm very happy the Sun Belt conference told Liberty to pound sand. Hope they go bankrupt as an independent.

They are putting in Penn State Athletic Integrity Reforms by the same Law Firm that help do it at Penn State and under a NCAA Monitor and Matt Rhule a Penn State Graduate known for Rebuilding Teams. Baylor is a Private School but has Boosters now and will take a while on Damage Control, but the Lawsuits are still coming in and it is not 3 People like at Penn State that may face some Criminal Charges either, it may be some Players?

In addition, they had no Compliance Office whatsoever in Title IX and will get hit with Big Fines by the Department of Education just like Penn State did. Baylor is ahead of the CFB Scandal and not in Denial like some Penn State BOTs, Cult Dolts, and Anti-Reformers claiming and blaming the Media!

Penn State is in Full Compliance now. The Trustees, President Erickson and AD Joyner all did the right things by getting to the truth Schultz and Curley would not admit until making Pleas and testifying finally truthfully and admitting like Paterno they should have done more. Spanier won't admit anything and Penn state is going after to recover his Severance and Defense Expenses and as President was responsible for much of the Cover Ups and Lack of Athletic Integrity Compliances and only Indicted because Freeh found the Emails he thought were destroyed.

Penn State Fans should be upset with Spanier he loved Sandusky and brought him back, The Second Mile, and made Sandusky Professor Emeritus! The NCAA also holds President's of Universities responsible for not following Athletic Integrity Rules and demanding Institutional Control over Coaches. The Department of Education Investigation and Fines brought that up, and included in their writing findings the Paterno Influence was not under control and led to Title IX & Clery Act Violations and that was a separate Investigation by DOE from Freeh and PAOAG.

The Cesspool at Penn State Swamp has been drained and no Coach will ever shame the name of Penn State again by being anointed above University Compliance's and NCAA Rules that caused Sanctions and Millions, because he put himself above the University and would not retire and also remain silent so he could win a forever stained 409!

They brought the right coach in and Matt Rhule was a Disciple of Paterno but at Temple always obeyed the Athletic Integrity Agreement Rules unlike Paterno that undercut and ignored some and thought only he was above them? Baptists at Baylor will forgive but not forget unlike some at Penn State still living in denial!

Baylor will struggle with it all through 2017 and 2018, but will accept Blame and Reforms.

Forget the hokey "tier" article by Johnny Mandel (or whoever) in the other thread. The true way to determine "tiers" in college sports is to break the schools down by how massive offenses have to be before the NCAA even pretends to discipline them. By that logic somehow USC and Ohio State must be below UNC and Penn state because the former had to at least serve a bit of penance for their crimes, even though both were benign in comparison to the scandals at the latter.

I know many here are gung ho about Pitt's world renowned Philosophy program so a philosophical question: if there was zero punishment and the school ends up better off for it, is it even a scandal at all?
