Still wondering if the OL coach from the saints is strongly in the mix.
good!
Well, those two head coaches are offensive guys.Good enough for Urban. Good enough for tom Herman. But not good enough for Pitt, does that sound about right?
Who is your guy that will be better?
Oh, that's right your prediction is Tim Salem.

And my guess is Buckeye Nation isn't that upset to see Beck go.
Cause he recruits Texas and he's good at it
Indiana wasn't particularly good, but they could move the ball and score. If Johns can recruit, I would take a long look at him.I know he was fired, but I still like Kevin Johns.
Do we know for sure that Pitt wasn't interested in Beck but simply chose to coordinate at a blue blood like Texas instead?
Why would I want someone who couldn't figure out Clemson's D after a month of prep after we did it in a week?
yeah, i know he's a really good recruiter but don't really see him as a texas guy.
The guy has an offense full of 4- and 5- star athletes, has almost a month to prepare, and scores zero points against a Clemson team that gave up 43 at home to Pitt.Good enough for Urban. Good enough for tom Herman. But not good enough for Pitt, does that sound about right?

Was also a Texas high school coach for 5-6 years and been recruiting Texas for plenty of schools.
I don't have a "guy", nor was I necessarily bashing him. More like trying to explain why some here wouldn't be enamored with the guy despite his resume. If your going to bash a guy, give me your guy that is better?

Sorry. No thanks.
