I looked at the box score of the game. Both teams used 7 players, 5 really did the majority of the playing. Their are 8 timeouts and 8 tv timeouts for a total of 16 stoppages plus the review stops. Maybe we could get away with fewer scholarships which would then result in fewer upset players over playing time.Just throwing it out there the bigger the game the fewer the players, play your best players till they can’t go.

Honestly, for many years that is exactly what Jamie did and people on her would complain. We need to play player Y to get more minutes.
Bench?! I just hope we have five warm bodies by the time next season tips off.
Boeheim’s done this forever. Usually 7 play. With an 8th that he’ll use if need be (fouls; injury).
Going to be interesting to see what guys are going to be willing to “wait their turn” now. Need some depth and number s to at least be able to practice effectively.
Guys can now leave anytime they wish. Dont need a release from the school. Very soon they wont need a waiver to be eligible to play somewhere else immediately. Will they stick around if they don’t play right away? We’ll find out.
