Switzer is from down state and was upset that WVU didn’t recruit him (under our former dumb head coach, who now is at Houston as head coach). He LOVES all things WVU despite not going there. Didn’t look up his stats but see that he went to UNC. He was an incredible high school talent but our former coach hates recruiting. Amazingly, the state of WV has had more talent in the last 5-10 years than prior to the last 5-10 years. I mean that literally. And in 21-22 recruiting classes it’s forecasted to be the best.

Agreed. I don’t blame him for going to KU-WVU instead of 15-9 Pitt vs below-.500 Clemson, and frankly I don’t care.

However, it was funny that I had a few buddies who are KU fans that were talking about Big Ben being there the next day at work. I watched some of it since #30 Agbaji went to high school about 20 minutes down the road from us. Good kid, glad they beat WVU.
