TB, thanks for staying home !

PITT PRIDE !!

After watching Grimm and Bryant as a young kid, and then after watching Fitz play here, I would have never thought we'd get another receiver as good as those guys. We've had some real talent come here through the years. Finally, we have a coach who will not only coach them up to their full potentials, but allow the team to gel together.
I've heard it said before, and I pretty much agree. Penn State the past 20 years or so have no doubt had better "overall teams", meaning they win more games and put together better seasons. But as far as individual talent, Pitt sends far more elite level talent to the NFL.

And played a 3rd season. Larry is once in a lifetime WR... Never has the WTF drops... However, he wasn't a dynamic returner like Boyd...

Fitz was great. My favorite reception by him was when he went into the air at the 5 yard line. Flew horizontal to the ground and caught the pass on the goal line.

The cape looked nice flying through the air.

he dropped one in endzone against wvu his freshman year, cost us the game.. I love fitz but no one is perfect. he was pretty darn close though.. Boyd will be the #1 all time PItt wr in yards and receptions when this year is done, he deserves to be #1.

Don't forget PSU grad and Pitt Assistant Engram recruited Boyd to Pitt, but Fitz and Boyd, will go down as two of the Best Ever played at Pitt, and Fitz in the NFL too? Boyd I will expect the same but until he plays in the NFL, I will enjoy watching him play at PITT!

Neither have regretted ever coming to Pitt!

Not sure of the game. I just remember him flying through the air.
If I'm reading the description right, I believe it was the Insight Bowl against Oregon State. Look up any Fitz college highlight video on youtube and that play's on there. You should be able to tell if that is the play in question. I'm almost positive it is though. He was horizontal to the ground and fully extended his arms.
