Iowa wants you to hold their beer. We're in the second season of having the most boring offense in college football. What player in his right mind would commit to Pitt on offense to play under Cignetti?

Oh yea, its NOW that we will see that huge WPIAL recruiting drop.Have they filled Karlo's position? I wonder if we see a big drop of in WPIAL recruiting now...
I have never heard of Brady O’Hara in my life, and I thought I followed WPIAL kids close. I did see an article this morning that he is 6’6 235 and the Pedophiles want him to play OT! That’s a little weird considering that he’s gotta add 70 pounds of weight and he’s never played on the OL. It sounds like he’s a complete project, and may never actually see the field until his 5th year. I’m not saying it can’t be done, but it’s a massive project.

The On3 site has him at 6’6 241, and I think 260 is reasonable. Once you get in a college weight room and nutrition program the good weight comes easy. More money at OT than TE anywayYeah, 6'6" 235 as a junior means he'll easily be 255+ (absolute minimum) by the time he steps on campus. Getting to 290+ won't be difficult with that frame, I wouldn't think.

It depends on the person. Ask Brian O'Neill if the extra weight came easy. He was a 6-7 250lb TE.
If they want him at OT, and he's not 255+ by the time he gets there, it ain't gonna happen.
His (O'Neill's) recruiting profile lists him as 6'6" 235 (same as this guy). 6'6" 230 on Rivals. Not saying he wasn't actually 250, but this guy could be that, too. With where Penn State is recruiting I can't imagine they haven't done their diligence on any commit they're accepting already for 2025.
I remember stories where Brian was waking up at 3AM to eat and then going back to bed. I’d love to know from a nutritionist standpoint how you add 70 pounds without some of that being bad weight. He’s going to have to increase calorie intake 10 fold, but unless you’re married to the weight room I don’t know how your body just doesn’t convert that extra energy into fat.I'm just talking about when he came to Pitt. His weight gain story is well documented. When he's done playing football, he's one of those dudes you won't recognize when he drops 70 pounds.
It's not easy for some young men to add 70 pounds of good weight. That's all.
That's still a lot of weight to add.Yeah, 6'6" 235 as a junior means he'll easily be 255+ (absolute minimum) by the time he steps on campus. Getting to 290+ won't be difficult with that frame, I wouldn't think.
