BREAKING: Another coaching change coming

I've been told by multiple sources that Renaldo Hill is leaving Pitt for the Miami Dolphins. While I would expect Archie Collins to take over as defensive backs coach, that does open another spot on the coaching staff.

So now Pat Narduzzi is looking for an offensive line coach and one more assistant to fill out the staff. My guess is the other hire will be on defense so it's a 5-5 split between offense and defense. We'll see how Narduzzi wants to proceed.
