Sure. Like two years before signing day. Then he actually gets discovered, becomes a high 4* player, and leaves.
That's a little different than stealing a "Rutgers" player.

But, unlike the Stallings situation, this guy doesn't need to see PT for 2-3 years and can develop in the weight room and on the scout team in the interim. He isn't needed for immediate help.
