Can we get the same baseball results as last weekend?

Last weekend we got clobbered in the first game at Duke 14-0, then won the last 2 games of the series.

Today we got clobbered in the first game at UVA 12-1--can we duplicate last weekend and win the last 2 games of the series--however UVA is ranked and is much better than Duke. Fun starts up again tomorrow afternoon!

Pitt lost Game 2 of the series today 5-2 ..... hitting/fielding/pitching all subpar so far this weekend.

Really need to win Game 3 tomorrow !

Their conference record is only 7-7 but very deceiving because they had a VERY difficult schedule to start their conference season.

The guy who hit a 3-run HR in the 7th to get us back into the game (Maldonado), was up in the 9th with 2 on, 1 out and a chance for another 3-run HR, or even a single to tie the game--but--he grounded into DP, game over.

Miami is actually not that good this year (and how on earth did that happen?). They are currently 14-16 overall and 7-7 in conference. For whatever it's worth, right now Miami's RPI is 77 and Pitt's is 78.

North Carolina, on the other hand, is very good.
