We are stuck with this guy. As Chris said in 3-2-1, he has a huge buyout that just doesn't make financial sense to pay. I say we bring in a young up and comer that's highly intelliegent from a smaller school. We pay him $500k per year and make him the assistant Head Coach. Let him know in private that when the buyout is more financially feasable, Capel will be gone and he will be the man with a substantial raise. Of course this contract has to have performance clauses built in. The young guy will be in charge and Heather Lyke needs to let Capel know that. Capel can recruit and do whatever else he is good at, which isn't much. The new guy will be in charge of gameplanning, practice, game day decisions etc... It's a crazy idea, but I assure you I'm not crazy just very very very frustrated!
