Carson Beck's Lambo & Benz stolen

Yeah the criminals probably love NIL, because 18-21 year olds with big money are probably even easier targets than 22-26 year olds with big money.

What do you do with a stolen Lamborghini? Stupid to sell it for parts. Can’t drive it. I guess the only thing that makes sense is to ship it to Europe like in The French Connection (in reverse), with or without filling all the cavities with drugs.

This is that Chilean theft organization. They are here legally as tourists. Steal a bunch of stuff, then go home

"I tend to disagree"...signed Joe Burrow and Patrick Mahomes..

the benz i get but a lamborghini is a really ridiculously stupid looking car. yeah, people are rich and splurge, i get it. but there are a million cars/trucks i'd rather get with that money than a lamborghini.

It is a silly looking car..

I think most of us were for "paying players" because of the revenue made. But these guys still aren't getting this revenue, at least yet. I know the scholarship is worthless now in value to them because they only play football, but I was thinking since they get room and board, give them a car and like $5,000 a month and they would be okay. Now? For alot of these guys, college FB is more lucrative for them than the NFL.

This guy is at his maximum earning level right now. He's not that good and now has a bum elbow. A Lamborghini is a really poor choice. Once the money is gone he's going to need to rely on his looks. Prospects not trending up for him unless face transplant technology advances dramatically.

A. Carson Beck is a Douche Bag
B. The Lamborghini is most likely in another country by now.
C. He isn’t going to play in the NFL

He will play in the NFL. I don't know how successful he will be, but if his elbow is good, he will definitely be in the league. When he has a clean pocket with time to throw, he's very good.

Well this segue's into my rant in the Spring Game thread perfectly.

He's not good. Sorry. No way NFL good. He's at best Mason Rudolph. At best. At the very best.

Rudolph was a 3rd round pick and has been in the league several years, I’m not making any predictions on what Beck will do in the NFL. I'm just saying he's a very good college QB & will make a good living in the NFL.
He's Jason White. He was on a great, stacked team. That's all he is.

Some people are projecting him to be the first pick in next year’s draft.

I don’t think he will end up being that. But dude is probably a top 3 to 10 QB in college.

His down year last year was still better than most.

Wow. That's scary. The thieves actually entered the house while they were asleep.

There’s another issue. 2 20 year old kids living alone together in a house with a driveway full of exotic cars, when they’re both at most 2 years removed from their moms bitching at them to clean their rooms, get their homework done and load the dishwasher. If they hadn’t suddenly been made multimillionaires at age 18, mom and dad’s house would still be their living environment. Again, what could possibly go wrong?

These are indeed strange times we live in.
