Hope at least 1 more OL of similar size and potential is on the way in this class, too.

Have you guys seen pics of this guy?

He isn't some dumpy frumpy linemen. This in my opinion is the biggest olinemen recruit since Dorian Johnson.

Yes I saw his tape and just was blown away. Reeves too, Alabama just offered him so I think he will be a tough get now. But starting at Pitt or sitting at Bama..: tough choice there.

Yep. But if you want to get the top flight players there is going to be heavy competition. Pitt has to sell the future. Others have a clear advantage in the present. But the chance to play sooner and also to be part of being on a very good team in a couple of years from now is what Pitt needs to convince some of these guys could be the best option for them.

This is the ultimate challenge and why CFB is so exciting to me. No draft rights. No same star players for 10 years. Having a Tom Brady or Big Ben at QB year after year is a fabulous advantage. Or a Larry Fitz at WR since 2004. Can't do that in CFB. Have to be constantly and continuously beating out every other college for the type of recruits capable of winning championships. It's a helluva challenge. But if it was easy, everybody would be doing it! CFB is like chess or pool in terms of roster building: have to constantly be looking at the future moves or shots.

The other sheet tells the story. This kid is a stud. Again, stars aren't reliable predictors, but offer sheets at least tell you how the kid has been evaluated by everyone else. Not all 3 stars are the same.

Same goes for Munford. Unfortunately this point is still lost on quite a few people.

-He's rated a 4 star by ESPN and scout. Rivals says he is 6'6 265lbs. ESPNand scout says he is 6'6 331lbs. Donovan Jeter looks like a smurf in comparison to this guy. Warren is massive. No where close to 265lbs. Looks every bit 330+
