What was the call on John Morgan for delay of game? It looked as though the WVU OL moved prior to JM. Also, what is the rule on illegal participation? I watched the Pitt lineman running to the sideline. I saw him dive toward the sideline and when I looked back, the ball was just being snapped. Does he have to actually touch the sideline before the ball is snapped?
