Is there a conscience effort to not call OPI?
For example, WVU's last TD against Pitt was obviously OPI. The WVU receiver grabbed the Pitt defender by the face mask. There was no call.
Today I watched an OSU receiver grab the Iowa defender by the shirt and pull him away. With his free arm he secured the catch for a TD. Again there was no call.
In each instance the ref had an excellent view of the infraction. Yet neither reached for their flag. In addition, there were other instances in games I watched this week.
