Outside of their last hire, Cincinnati seemingly always does a really good of hiring major coaches as a 'stepping stone' stature program similar to Pitt. IMO, this is the type of hire we should probably make in another year or two, since we didn't after the Dixon departure when maybe an established guy like Cronin could have been had.

Agree with the posters above, nice hire by Cincinnati. I’ll be interested to see how he does there.
Cronin built a heck of a culture there, but Brannen was a disaster. Miller looks very strong but he has some work to do rebuilding the bridges burned by the last staff
