CNN is absolutely out of control

Sign should be fixed to
“American faith in functional governance “

I think it's more accurate just the way it is if you saw yesterdays presser.

Media isn't use to having someone fight back after lobbing softballs to Obama for 8 years.
They don't like it. I love it.

If CNN and MSDNC don't pretend to be objective, and we agree on that, then why do they pretend to be news outlets? They aren't. They're opinion outlets for the far left, Marxist fringe of the Dem party. Nothing more.

I have said I believe there should be legislation which requires biased "news" networks such as Fox News, CNN, and MSNBC to be classified as "news entertainment." Most Americans are too stupid to realize these networks are propoganda arms of their parties and that is dangerous.

Nah she didn't. She acted like the same asshole she always does and tried to pull it on Fauci also who wasn't having it either.

The only one shook was the CNN reporter who walked out after seeing that networks own clips make them look like hypocritical idiots.

You're obviously a brainwashed, braindead, mush brain sheep. You listen to CNN and think what they're reporting is news and fact. You don't know any better and don't have the mental capacity to think for yourself. So on Ignore you go. I don't have time for mush brain, brainwashed snowflakes.
Lol. This made me laugh.

I didn’t like his response to her. I thought it was a fair question, given that he had been focusing on January but never strongly addressed what was done in February. So I didn’t like his behavior. But, in a way I’m glad he didn’t address it because to do so risked outing Fauci and Birx who were advising him.

You'd think that after almost 4 years that they'd realizing continuing to badger him repeatedly with the same question isn't going anywhere.

She showed her true stripes when she then tried to turn it on BOTH Trump and Fauci by asking Fauci if he made his comment voluntarily.

That proved they're as insane as they claim Trump is.

The same people here that were hanging off Faucis junk a week ago somehow thought that was appropriate and Trump *made him* say it and now Fauci is now being ruled by Trump.

After listening to Trump, I was wondering if we had a February this year. He had a respectable January.

I didn't see the CNN douchebag walk out. That shows a lack of respect for the Presidency. But he was embarrassed by the truth so he made an emotional exit. Poor baby.

And when MSDNC and CNN saw their lies thrown back in their faces, they cut away lol.

They like to dish it out though.

Judging by this post and the thread about Trump, looks like someones been hitting the bottle tonight.
Go sleep it off.

My post was clear and with a flair to the intellectual. Over your head? And again your assumptions are wrong. I rarely drink, if and when a glass of wine. Thanks for the concern.

Did she also have a copy of his tax returns? She's reported on those as well And Russia. And Ukraine. And Stormy. And Cohen. And Flynn. And Stone. And Hicks. And Mueller. And Comey. And Brenner. And Clapper. And and and and and and on it goes. A large line of leftist leaning asshats with an agenda. Just like the geniuses at MSNBC and every other major media outlet.

Your not with it so get over it. Stay with Fox.

Here's the thing. and many on the right don't want to admit this.

We KNOW what the media is, and what their end game is. So does Trump. So why hold these and take questions? And why react that way? He needs to be above this. However, if he thinks these daily news briefings are going to be softball questions, and MAGA reallies to boost his brand and ego, well he gets exactly what he deserves. Exactly.

Completely have changed my tune on these. I am glad the media is grilling him because he thought this was a free way to project Trump's "greatness" on all of us without paying a penny for a commercial. Kudos for the media for not allowing this.

You and intellectual will never be used in the same sentence unless it's hyperpartisan faux intellectual.

Classic Dunning Kruger.

I see you slept it off.

And to address "decency..." Regarding Schumer and Pelosi, I get that conservative Republicans may despise them, as leaders of the political left.

But, I've never seen or heard either of them call women fat pigs, make fun of a disabled reporter, tell followers to punch a protester in the face, call the media the enemy of the American people, talk about grabbing a woman by the -----, etc.

I'm talking decency, not ideology. Example, I never agreed with much of Bob Dole's ideology, but honored him as a war hero and an incredibly decent human being.
Decency is an admirable trait but I also dont want Mr. Rogers in the White House. People need to realize tough bastards can be the best leaders. George Patton being the perfect example. People are too easily offended today and that is a major reason we are in lockdown panic mode. Trump has his flaws as all men do but decency in his private life or someone being offended by his name calling is way down the list of leadership qualities

here we go again...the hoax crap...this has been debunked 10 million times over as poor reading comprehension

If you review Trump in Feb you will see his constant campaign of disinformation.

The highly educated chief authority, the country’s top expert, and top advisor on infectious disease, Dr Fauci, was saying the same thing in late Feb. Trump was in full coordination with him. If Trump had gone off and did his own thing, you would have called him an authoritarian and been on these boards posting countless attacks of him. You have no credibility.

I must have more credibility than you. You said Trump was in full “coordination” with Dr Fauci. Not so. Many times Trump was in completed odds. And it’s not what Trump did, very little, and it’s what he said that was political, about the economy and stock market. Man, this is very recent and you are unaware of what didn’t happen and how unprepared his admin was. He still is more concerned with restarting the economy, which is important, but not at the expense of lives or an escalation of the virus.

I've seen numerous posts here just this morning stating they didn't like the fact that it looked like a campaign rally.

And if the media continues to misrepresent what they were saying through January,Feb,and early March they will get what they deserve.

And if they want to try to drag Fauci down as the CBS reporter did yesterday it only confirms Trumps argument.
Last I checked Fauci had an approval rate in the 80s.
Paula Reid trying to infer that he was put up to it and wasn't doing it voluntarily also boosted Trumps case imo about the media.

Close. Trump fighting with the media is great for both parties - and they both know it. Both get to show their fans they are fighting the good fight. Some laugh. Some get mad. Doesn’t matter, it is entertaining. People watch.

That's a total lie about being at odds.

Fauci stated that both times he and Birx went to see Trump, the first time about a 15 day shut down and the second time about adding 15 days,Trump immediately took their advice. Fauci stated this yesterday.
If you can't watch the presser because MSDNC doesn't cover it,at least do a Google search on Fauci's comments before embarrassing yourself.

Look, I can’t straighten all your lies and misstatements. The comment Dr Fauci made that when he suggested to the President two things Trump did them, yes. But at the many briefings Trump so often was stating to the public one thing and Dr Fauci stated the opposite.

Actually when Dr Fauci on Sunday stated that if mitigation had started earlier there would have been less cases and lives lost. This didn’t sit well with the President and his tweet Monday morning alludes to a firing of the Dr. Then the Dr did make the hypothetical explanation.

So the point was that their many disagreements was the Dr was providing advice and guidance on the science and medical aspect while Trump was concerned with the economy and his political fortunes. If you don’t recognize that, you either missed the many times, or FOX never reported it.

You can stop with the inflammatory remarks and words.

Did you ever listen to Fauci yesterday? Obviously you didn’t. And yes Fauci was downplaying the virus on live tv as late as Feb 29. Are you ignoring that?

And I’m sorry but the administration had plenty of ramping up to do, Chinese lies and misinformation to sort through, and regulation to bust through. They weren’t set up for success. I’m not blaming other administrations. That’s easy to do and it’s Monday morning QBing.

Were there mistakes made along the way with this administration? Surely yes. There always are. But I’ve told you this before, no winner has ever won before experiencing failure.

Trump should learn some humility and admit whatever mistakes he’s made. Humility can be useful. But he’s smart enough not to do that with this media, to admit any failure would be a big mistake. He’s New York Street smart. It’s an obnoxious trait for many of us, but it serves him well and contributes to his success.

Trump needs to be concerned with both. Don't be an idiot.
And his actions so far have proven he is.

And the point is unless you're a fly on the wall, you have no idea of many disagreements because Fauci has denied that any major disagreements have taken place.
Unless you're calling him a liar ?

Related to Paula Reid ?

Have you ever sat in a board room or part of a decision making team? I can’t imagine you were with your statement above. There are always disagreements on the road to consensus. And trump went with the medical team every time.
And what Fauci said on Sunday, trump knows first hand what happens when you give this media a crumb. They stab you in the back and take your statement out of context. Fauci learned the hard way and had to address it yesterday.

I know plenty. But you are more concern with your disagreements with me, instead of finding common ground since you need to show if someone disagrees with you or who you disagrees with them that they must be TOTALLY wrong so you must be TOTALLY right. I get it. And if you disagree with them they are BAD, Awful etc.

Be more concerned with who you are, and how you behave because you can’t control anyone but yourself.
Also consider, if me or anyone is NOT perfectly like you, that doesn’t mean we are less than you.

You know NOTHING about humility.

Never once have you ever conceded you have been wrong to one person here or that a Dem is wrong.

You either disappear from a thread or try to deflect by saying some Republican was worse in your opinion.

When I see you say to ANYONE here,"sorry I was wrong" or "I didn't know that" then you can claim humility and talk about others.

We realize that which you wrote. Had Trump went against Dr Fauci it would have been disastrous. But the point with me, MSM, and others is that Trump in engaging the public with his statements that were motivated toward his self interest not the public and it was seen by those who followed it. And the disagreement were statements to the public, and you must realize that the motives by each were different. Trump was trying to mitigate the problem, that most people realized that, and Dr Fauci was trying to give the science and medical advise that we need.

What’s the problem here? Fauci is there to provide his expertise and advise, and Trump is there to make decisions based on the info he’s provided.
How many days passed between the time Fauci last told the American public that they can live their lives as normal (Feb 29), that CV was NOT a threat, and the trump guideline of 14 days to stop the spread?
