I hope he is back for the PoSU game, not for us, but for him. And I hope he has the game of his life, he deserves the best. Can you imagine how crazy Heinz will be when he runs through that tunnel? How inspired his teammates will be? That is a once in a lifetime moment that someone who has gone through what he has deserves.
That would be great. I know James wants to be back even for the opener, against Villanova. I'll just say that even if he does return against FCS Villanova, we better pack Heinz Field. James deserves more than to return to a half-empty Heinz Field.

Didn't Lemieux have this same type of cancer? He played hockey the same day of his last radiation treatment, didn't he?
I would think, IF HE COMES BACK FROM THIS, and I am confident this young man will. He will get a few carries against Villanova.
As bad as we like to rib the little pansies to the east of us, no doubting they have a decent defense and to have your first game action in nearly 2 years (outside of one half), that would be a tough day.
