Cal - Wyking Jones, went 8-24, might be a disaster

Georgetown - Ewing - 15-15, might work out well

Illinois - Brad Underwood -14-18, I think he'll work out well

Indiana - Archie - 16-15, I suspect he'll win big there

LSU - Will Wade - 17-14, I think he'll win if he doesn't get in trouble with NCAA

Missouri - 20-12 - Cuonzo Martin, home run if he stays out of trouble with NCAA

NC State - Keatts - 21-11, home run if he stays out of trouble with NCAA

Oklahoma State - Mike Boynton - 19-14, should be in NCAA tourney, solid hire

Washington - Mike Hopkins - 20-12, looks like excellent hire, until he replaces Boeheim

Ohio State - Chris Holtmann - 24-8, home run hire

So this is what the landscape looked like a year ago. Combination of first time head coaches and most with experience as head coach were hired by the big conferences. I anticipate Heather Lyke will make a solid choice for Pitt.
