Just asking the question because I really don't know; but is part of Capel's issue his coaching staff. Same staff since he started, I believe. I know all were former HC's at some point but is it really a quality staff? Also, why has he never looked at upgrading with a younger up and comer that has future HC in his future?!? I know he will never fire his brother, but in 7 seasons, he has never looked to improve on his staff. That breeds mediocrity, and while Capel is showing he is not a great coach, as a leader he lacks the vision also.
