While that game is obviously more relevant to the rest of our season, I'll probably be watching the Penn State game, as whoever they're playing that week is always my second-favorite team.
Even though it's a non-conference game, I believe rooting against Virginia against Notre Dame this week makes sense, no? In the event of a three-way tie, don't they take the team with the highest ranking? I can't see them beating Notre Dame anyway.

I respect UVA and Mendenhall but I am rooting for a UVA loss. Obviously I am rooting for Maryland.
I have no desire to watch Penn State, or any Big 10 team play.
Maybe it's because I don't live in an area where the local news media fawns over the Big 10, but I have no desire to watch any of their games.
If my fanhood goes up to 10, which would be rooting for Pitt to win, then I can get up to at least an 8 rooting for Penn State to lose. I max out at about a 3 other than that.
But I really don't mind watching the Big Ten play, for the most part. I have a much more difficult time trying to watch the SEC, Big 12, and PAC 12. You couldn't pay me to watch a game such as Georgia vs Auburn, for instance.
Same here. Our game has come and gone and we no longer play them going forward, so I have no interest in how they do, win or lose.

I beg to differ. Any contest that I think the nits could lose is much more interesting than a run of the mill ACC game.
But that's just me.
I live not far from College Park Maryland, so I could genuinely root for MD to beat Penn State. But I am still pissed at the Terps for leaving the ACC as soon as Pitt joined.
I might be the opposite. As much as it pains me to say this, I want them to win about 9/10 games. Not enough to do anything significant, but enough to make our loss look a little better.
