Comcast subscribers?

Comcast does not carry the ACC network

Yeah the joke in our section was that the only bright spot of the night was that most of WPA didn't have the chance to watch that boring debacle on TV even if it wanted to, since most have Comcast and those who don't have verizon, on which I've read the ACCN had some glitches last night.

On the flip side, the overall dog games this weekend might force the ACCN to acquiesce to Comcast. The conference stinks for football overall so that's not really a shock. Maybe the network should have launched during basketball season.

I don't care if Comcast carries the ACCN right now. I have Comcast and they're saving me from watching this garbage. But when the basketball season starts, I sure hope they start to carry it. Until then, who cares?

Do you like their service? After watching tonight’s game and thinking about our upcoming schedule, I’m thinking of switching to Comcast.
Well, the one silver lining from the game last night is that our performance saved me $49.99/mo. I have Comcast (sadly my wife locked us into a 2 year commitment a few months ago) so I signed up for the Hulu 1 week free trial. Actually, the Hulu streaming was really good btw. After that shit show, I can cancel my Hulu service and save $49.99/mo.

I did the same thing. Had to go to a wedding but I bailed at 7:15 to watch it on Hulu. Should have stayed at the wedding.

But one word of advice, if you signed up for the free trial yesterday don't cancel yet. It runs thru next Saturday so you can watch the Ohio game too. That should not be as painful.

I signed up on Thursday just to check out the service before the game. Hulu worked great. Game....not so much. Actually, I will take this as an opportunity to slowly wean myself off of my Pitt football addiction.
