Congratulations on the Miami butt whipping...I kinda thought that Miami had an achilles heel...[no pun intended from this Tar Heel] from watching our game with them where we played tuff but couldn't quite get it done...we lost 24 - 19 but had a chance. So glad you guys pulled it off. Those Dade County boys get the swelled head real quick and easy. They are trying to sound as if it was no big deal but we all know it was. The Panthers took them out of the playoffs and I call that a pretty big deal. They are blaming their offensive line for being ineffective and Rozier for having a bad day but they gotta realize that the ACC is tuff from top to bottom, where we presently reside. Anyway we hope to finish out with a win over the NC State Wuffpeckers. LOL. Here is some of their opinions:
The Miami offensive line was absolutely horrendous.
The combination of that and Rozier being ineffective made the offense totally ineffective and put too much pressure on the defense, which played inspired but fell victim to one heck of a game plan by Pittsburgh and too much time on the field.
Miami was simply outplayed everywhere including special teams where Pitt punter Ryan Winslow helped control field position and Miami’s Zach Feagles looked like a rattled freshman as he shanked punt after punt.
