Agree… it is definitely an over achievement. Especially losing 40% of your expected starters at the outset (a fact obviously not considered by the garbage committee). Put that chip back on your shoulders that carried you in January and February and get back to the level of play from those months! Great job.
Why on earth should they consider that? Are either of those guys coming back for the tournament?
They said we were playing on Tuesday and the Arizona State - Nevada game was on Wednesday.
There was something that said Wednesday but yes, it's Tuesday.
Im confused. Sorry. I thought the 2nd game (first round game) is friday so I assumed Wed.
Yep, selection show just showed the 4 playin games. 2 on Tuesday with one being Pitt and then 2 on Wednesday.
Must mean at least 3 if not all 4 playin winners play on Friday. Couldn’t have a playin winner play on Wednesday and then again on Thursday in 1st round.
The graphic showed Howard twice too. Interns' heads will roll. Must be a Tuesday game after all.
Okay! figured it out. 3 of the playin games, play their next game on FRIDAY. One plays on Thursday. So Pitt got the LUCKY draw of Tuesday as they will have another day off (if they win). Though maybe the extra day off for prep and rest prior would have been nice.
I checked the tru tv and they have 2 games Tuesday and two Wednesday. 6::30 and 9

Might have something to do with travel as well. Would Pitt have to go out to West coast for 1st round?
Yes, the NCAA web site now lists two games on Tuesday, ours and SE Missouri - Texas A&M CC.
