Just look @ Clemson and their recent backslide since they lost both their OC and DC in the past year
They don’t have great talent on offense but it isn’t near as bad as Bulshit Frank makes it lookThey do. But this team is bereft of talent and that’s the issue. The best coordinators in football would have their hands full with this group. But the best coordinators would likely have better talent.
The only kid on offense that any good team may want is Bartholomew. The rest are a dime a dozen at best. They don’t have great talent on offense but it isn’t near as bad as Bulshit Frank makes it look

Can't disagree. And the point of my OP. A mediocre OC won't attract many good players. Bartholomew was here when Whipple was the OCThe only kid on offense that any good team may want is Bartholomew. The rest are a dime a dozen at best.
Totally. Considering that Narduzzi seemingly could care less about the offense speaks volumesSo do head coaches, seeing as how they’re responsible for all aspects of their programs, including hiring all assistants, making staff changes whenever necessary, establishing a culture and clear identity and direction for their program, and ensuring their program has a proper level of competent personnel across all positions.
Say we clean house. Who is out there to improve our staff?
seems like the best options are the head coaches who get fired that were great coordinators, who out there is on the hot seat – – other than Narduzzi.
