I said might be. I find it hard to believe the government is giving free money for people to use to buyout college basketball coaches. If I posted that, people would be all over me. Listen, its much more likely the buyout was reduced in April. I highly doubt anyone used PPP money and that there are not at least SOME strings tied to that money.

The money was to pay employees. Someone who used that money to buyout Danny Manning instead of paying employees committed a crime. Whether that ever gets prosecuted or not is another story. Your theory is ridiculous.
It’s almost certainly not a theory. You not understand the basic fundamentals of college basketball or how money works is ridiculous though. Taking money that was given to you by the federal government as a loan specifically earmarked to pay employees and taking that and buying out your favorite team's coaches contract is quite a bit more serious than handing Zion a duffel bag.
