Hamlin is very good. He isn’t as athletic as Ford, but he is solid, an excellent player.

Hamlin is not an elite athlete. He is a solid contributor to a good ACC defense. But he struggles against speed in space (most players do & thank god he doesn't play CB). Dennis was a good player too, but had similar struggles. Ray V the list goes on. Some guys are just blessed with exceptional speed and if you don't have it you better have an exceptional brain or system to play in). Hamlin and a lot of the Pitt defense have been handcuffed and sucker punched as a result of HORRIBLE offense that leads other teams to take shots all day....knowing they can't score anyway.
