I'm giving them until next week and I cancel Direct TV 300+ channel program, ATT home security, and I'm shopping my 5 line cell phone account around right now!
Mrs Buffett is stuck with her ten line ATT business account but she is giving them her opinion about the CBS DirectTV debacle!
When her contract is up she'll deal with ATT.
For the last two day if you call DirectTV your call get disconnected with a message " we can't handle your call at this time."
I called ATT and told them get me a DirectTV person in the US so I can get credit and tell them I'm history if this isn't fixed soon. Plus I told the ATT person I'll cancel everything because you own DirectTV?
