Aside from the game plan, Watsun has failed to develop Pickett as a D-1 QB. PIckett has performed poorly, but ability is half the issue, coaching is just as much to blame. It has been said that Heather Lyke needs to intervene and I originally disagreed. Not anymore. If Pat doesn't do something to replace this crew, she must intervene.
